Anybody actually reading this blog would think that I’d died after my 40th birthday.
So the weirdest thing happend to me this morning. I was on the train with my book when a guy got on and sat next to me. He slammed his book down on the table next to mine and said “snap!”, it was indeed the same book as mine. This wasn’t that freaky as I am reading part one of George R R Martin’s ‘A Dance with Dragons’, and have met at least three other people on the train who are also reading this book.
We struck up a conversation about the book and had a laugh for a few minutes before I asked him where he was in the book. He opened it up and to our amazement he was on exactly the same page as me.I swear that is a true story.Here is a drawing of me at the gym being fit. It is my 40th Birthday on the 19th July and to celebrate I am holding an internet drawing competition on the theme “I am old now”.
